We do… and we invite you to join our team at the Walk for Apraxia.  By joining our team, you will walk beside us as we celebrate all the Apraxia Stars and support our efforts to raise funds for Apraxia Kids.  With these funds, Apraxia Kids will continue to strengthen the support systems in the lives of children with apraxia of speech by educating professionals and families; facilitating community engagement and outreach; and investing in the future through advocacy and research. 

We are looking for a Ninja Warrior Army to support Jase- to show him he is accepted and loved- to show the world that all children with apraxia of speech are supported and loved by our community. Jase has limited strong relationships with other due to autism and apraxia of speech.  Although, he is greatly aware of his social barriers and he shows us that he greatly desires to be socially accepted by others.  So, please do not let yourself think that your are not close enough to Jase to join us!  Your presence in this walk will absolutely be noticed by Jase.  It would mean so much to our Jase-bug, and us, for EVERYONE to come show him some love on this very special day.  Whether you know Jase through school, through ninja warrior, his past sports (soccer, football, t-ball, gymnastics), we embrace your willingness to stand by Jase on this special day to honor him and all of the apraxia warriors like him.  Inclusion is our goal!  Your support will mean more than you can ever imagine!  Come join our team, walk beside Jase to support him and to support our community.
