Brooksie's Rockets

Welcome to our team fundraising page for the Walk for Apraxia.  Brooks chose the team name himself, and if you know him that shouldn't surprise you!!  The kid lives for a "3-2-1 Blastoff!"

Brooks is 4 years old and is an Apraxia Star... and honestly, a rockstar in general!  We are so proud of every last bit of who he is.  Because of his apraxia, he has to work much harder than other people to communicate.  Brooks primarily speaks via a communication device, while simultaneously working to find his voice verbally.

Brooksie is our reason for doing this walk, and we need your help!  By joining us, you are a partner with Apraxia Kids in its efforts to provide support to children like Brooksie and families like ours on their journey with apraxia. You can participate even if you are unable to be at the Walk by making a donation to support our efforts.

Check out how Brooksie's Rockets are progressing towards our goal and keep pushing to help us achieve it. Your donation goes to fund amazing programs that benefit children with apraxia of speech like funding speech therapy for children who need it, and getting speech devices into the hands of kids like Brooksie who need AAC to communicate.

Thank you again for your support in this very important cause.
